He is a Government Accountant since 2002 up to now, 3 years as Chief Accountant, 3 years as Director at General Treasury and other 14 years in DS/ Provincial Department and Ministries.

Also, Mr. Senanayake has worked as the auditor of the Auditor General's Department.

He presently is the Independent Director WCRB.

He holds a Master of Arts (Economics) from University of Kelaniya and Bsc Mgt Special from Sri Jayawardenepura University of Sri Lanka. He has completed CBA and APFA (ICA Sri Lanka)

MR.W.M.G.WITHARANA

NON INDEPENDENT / NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Appointed to the Board in November 2017 as a
Non-Executive Director.
Mr Witharana serves on the Board of Wayamba
Co-operative Rural Bank Union Ltd and is the Chairman
of Sandalankawa MPCS Ltd since 2004.
He holds Bachelor of Technology – Engineering and
Diploma in Technology - Communication and City &
Guilds of London Institute - Full Technology
He counts over 30 years’ experience in the fields of
Engineering & Broadcasting. Further his experience
covers Rural Banking & Finance and Community
Development.

MR.S.T.A.D.J.C.K.WIJESINGHA

INDEPENDENT / SENIOR DIRECTOR

Appointed to the Board of CLCL in July 2017. .
He is a former Director of Provincial Road Passenger Transport
Authority, North Western Province and Accountant for the Ministry
of Road NWP council since 2011. He presently is the Director
Budget of the North Western Provincial Council.
Mr.Wijesingha has served in several other senior positions i.e.
Assistant Director for Finance of Department of Animal Production
and Health North Central Province and Audit Examiner
for Department of Auditor General. He counts over 20 years of
experience in the fields of auditing, finance, management and
training & development.
He holds a B.Sc.Management (Public) special degree from
University of Sri Jayawardhanapura and Diploma in English from
Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. He has completed Licentiate
level and passed professional level one (ICA Sri Lanka)

MR. R.R.M. HASITHA

INDEPENDENT / NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Appointed to the Board of CLCL in February 2018.
He presently holds the position of Secretary to the
Co-operative Development Foundation since 2011.
Mr.Hasitha has held the positions of Trainee
Research Officer for Coconut Research Institute and
Management Trainee for National Lotteries Board.
He holds a Master of Science Degree and Bachelor
of Science Degree from the University of
Peradeniya
